EXHIBITORS HANDBOOK
For every fair a handbook is produced for exhibitors well in advance of the fair giving them all technical information and the list of services and fittings available. This is sent to all exhibitors. FLOOR ADVERTISING
On specified routes, the floors of corridors between stands can be used for adhesive poster advertising. The condition is that these adhesive posters should be no larger than 35X70 cms. and not be more than twenty in number and can only be on the same route, not randomly distributed.
Furthermore the route chosen must lead to the corridor where the advertisers stand is located. All materials must be provided by the advertiser.
SEMINARS
During the fair a number of specialist seminars are organised. There are refreshment breaks between sittings. Sponsors will each have two posters (70X220 cms.)positioned both at the entrance and within the auditorium itself.

CONDITIONS FOR SERVICE-PROVIDER SPONSORS
* The final conditions for this sector are only finalised after negotiation.
* Depending on their level of their contribution, service-provider sponsors will receive similar advantages as main and co-sponsors.
* Service-provider sponsors’ logos or names will appear in the following places:
